North Bay Tennis offers a range of youth tennis programs targeting players with any starting ability, coordination, and fitness level. The sport of tennis offers many benefits both physically and mentally that not only are transferrable to other sports but also provide a foundation of skills that will inspire participants to remain active for life.

QUICK START TENNIS
During the spring, North Bay Tennis offers a 6-week program that introduces youth to the fundamentals of the sport. Equipment and professional instruction is provided. We help each participant learn in an age-appropriate environment and at a pace that optimizes engagement and excitement. The graduates of this program will be eligible to join a youth tennis team or league.

TEAM TENNIS
North Bay Tennis offers an option to join a tennis team for youth to join a fun and competitive environment. Participants will engage in skills and game play development to advance their tennis game. This program includes 2 weekly practices and a team building experience. Program is for experienced players only.
*All participants must be a junior member of the club, or be part of a family membership to be a Junior Team Member.
